Many people get frustrated with automated menus because it wastes their valuable time and they must pay attention to pick the right option and wait until they reach the intended information or department. Instead of calling an automated system of menus and listening for the right option to connect to the right department when calling a business, you can quickly and conveniently select the option from a visual menu to dial the business. The client wants to build the application based on this idea.

CHALLENGES THE PROJECT FACED

Creating a SaaS model application where several service providers can join and update their support and service information. Accessing that information from different time zones was the main challenge of this application. So, it was our responsibility to develop a system that can handle the issue related to the time zones.
SOLUTION

To provide security and privacy for all information we have used local storage. Using a device local storage, the user does not have to share any information in an external database where data could be compromised. In order to solve time zone related challenges, we followed time conversion in every step from local time UTC (Universal Time Coordinated).
