Our responsibility was to build this IoT based mobile app for the customer and intuitive backend panel for admin. Interoperability between intercom system and our system was the main challenging part of the project because the on-site client may have any unknown intercom brand, make, model. We finally made it easier by using a common communication method.

The client wants to develop an application that can send a signal to the Security System without allowing the manual response by the apartment owner. So each apartment owner will receive a number that will be assigned by the Mysecportal. In that case, the call will be triggered by the number assigned by the MySecPortal. Basically there will be 2 layers of security, one at the Building gate that will provide access to enter the building and another security code that will be required at the time of entering the Apartment. But initially, the client wants to record only the entries in the Apartment building. The apartment owner will provide access to enter the apartment by providing key or code, so that is not a part of the project.

The Website and Application Owner, the admin will be able to manage everything from the top and have the highest level of access on all significant features like:

• Management of page contents
• Membership plans
• Mysecportal numbers
• Apartments
• Apartment owner etc.

They can track all visiting log records of the Apartment building and filter by Apartment no/Apartment owner. Admin will be able to manage general page contents as per approved page design elements. Admin can check contact messages. Admin also can manage other settings of the website from their panel, like social media links, payment gateway credential etc. Front end and Admin panel will only be based on the English Language and USD and CAD currency. A website and hybrid application will be developed only for the Apartment owner and Admin will manage all features from the web back end only.
