The client wants to build a Transportation website And Application for both Android and IOS to transport dumps, goods from one location to another location.

Basically there will be 3 types of front end user in the application: One is the Contractor (Foreman) who will register in the system by providing their email address password and can update their profile information, company information, and vehicle information. They need to subscribe paid membership to get the services. There will be a monthly or yearly basis subscription for the user. User can select auto-renewal of their subscription. In that case, the system will debit the monthly subscription directly from the registered bank account on the due date. They can pay the amount by using PayPal, credit /debit card. They have the option to save their card in the system.

Our Roles and Responsibility

The website had to be fully responsive and would be supported in all cross-browser and cross-platform. The website would be developed in the English language and USD currency only. A Hybrid Application would be developed for the Front end-user (Contractor and Trucker) only and admin would manage all the things from the web back end. There would be no separate app interface for the 3 different types of user. Both users would access their dashboard from the same application by their unique user ID.

SOLUTION

The contractor can create a pickup/drop off location by using 3 ways. They can select pick up and drop location from the available drop-down list or select the location by using Google maps and can pin any point to mark the location on the map. Apart from this, they have the option to add pick up and drop off location manually with the following information: Job number, description, special instruction, and GPS location, and contact name, Haul number, Materials etc. Apart from this the contractor can create haul, dump location. After selecting the haul, the contractor can send an invitation to the available trucker in the application. Admin has all the top-level management to manage the membership plan, a different type of customers and can view all the transactions, booking details and their status. They can view individual statistics of all the users and can manage it from the website back end.
